This set of ergonomic dumbbells has a total weight of 30 kg (2 x 15 kg).
The dumbbells have non-slip plastic handles, so you can exercise without worrying about them slipping out of your hands and falling. The threaded end caps have star screws to ensure the weight plates are always firmly mounted and secured to the bar. The dumbbell bar is made of strong metal.
